Dog Gone Fishing
Ellie Mae, our coonhound, not only climbs trees but she has an “obsession” with aquatic critters and is a great fisher of sunfish in a nearby quarry. Many a happy hour are spent wading through lily pads, trolling murky waters for ever-elusive fish & frog.

Brilliant. We have a terrier that loves water. It’s the first time I’ve seen a dog try to sniff under water. He blows bubbles then comes up and sneezes. Never learns.
They cannot smell underwater can they? Never thought about it before.
